Hey Im running a quadro 4000 on my mac pro and I'm having issues in my bootcamp partition running windows 7, were it won't wake up from sleep or screens won't turn on at all, some issues in general with it booting up properly and sometimes screens go black, but computer is still running just black screens... any ideas... from what i see people have been running this with and since the latest drivers people seem to be happy... just can't seem to get much performance out of mine. Even treid installing the drivers as a root user but still having similar issues as before.
CUDA Application Support: In order to run Mac OS X Applications that leverage the CUDA architecture of certain NVIDIA graphics cards, users will need to download and install the 6.5.18 driver for. Question: Q: Nvidia quadro 4000 and bootcamp. Early adopters of the Quadro 4000 had to install additional drivers from the NVIDIA site. Then a Mac OS X update broke them. Then NVIDIA provided a fix, then it broke again. Check the NVIDIA site to see that you have the latest drivers.
From reading on many forums it seems like this should not be happening with the latest drivers now out, Ive put back my old ATI and it works fine so im pretty sure its the card... any suggestions or tips?
thanks
steve
